2. Scope and Definitions
These T&C apply to all IIBMF users. These terms & conditions may change from time to time. 4. Pricing and Services
4.1 Course Fees:
- Fees are detailed in course descriptions and include all applicable taxes. A reduced engagement or partial use in the online training program does not qualify for a decrease in fees

- Access to the course portal, content, exams, and a digital certificate.
5. Payment Methods
5.1 Advance Payment:
- Fees are payable in advance.
5.2 Options:
- Payments via credit card or PayPal. Payments option may be changed to another online payment at any time so user need to check the payment option at the time purchase of the course or any other services.
5.3 Billing:
- Only Digital invoices are provided. The invoice is sent at the email address provided at the time of registration.
6. Cancellation Rights
6.1 Cancellation Period:
- Cancel within 14 days of signing up without penalty. Cancellation request should be sent to info@iibmf.com
6.2 Refund Process:
- On valid cancellation, payments will be refunded.
6.3 Early Termination:
- Cancellation rights cease if the service is fully utilized before the cancellation period ends.
7. User Obligations and Liability
7.1 Accuracy of Information:
- Users must provide truthful information during registration. The user account at https://www.iibmf.com is exclusive to the individual user and cannot be transferred. The login credentials, comprising the username and password, are unique identifiers for the user and must only be used by them. It is the user’s responsibility to safeguard their password from third-party access. In instances of suspected misuse, the provider holds the authority to close the user’s account or revoke access to the portal.
7.2 Account Responsibility:
- The User bears responsibility for all activities conducted through their user account. If required, the Provider retains the right to seek compensation for any revenue loss resulting from damages caused by the account’s use.
8. Service Accessibility
8.1 Functionality:
- IIBMF aims for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it.
8.2 Technology Requirements:
- Users need compatible technology for optimal use of services. To deliver its services, the provider employs technologies that are widely accepted and current in the industry. To fully utilize the provider’s services, the user must also use these technologies (such as modern browser technologies, Adobe Flash) or enable their functionality on their computer (for instance, enabling JavaScript, cookies, and pop-ups). Utilizing outdated or less common technologies may restrict the user’s ability to fully access the services offered by the provider.
8.3 Liability Limitations:
- The user cannot make claims for damages against the provider, except in certain situations. This means if the user suffers harm related to death, personal injury, or if the provider fails to do something very important that the contract requires (“cardinal obligations”), then the user can ask for compensation. Also, if the provider, or someone working for them, deliberately does something wrong or is very careless, causing loss or damage, the user can make a claim. However, it’s important to note that under no circumstances can the user claim more than what they have paid to the provider for their services. These essential obligations are tasks that need to be done for the contract to work properly, and the user expects and relies on these being done.
8.4 If the provider fails to meet important obligations in the contract due to ordinary carelessness, they will only be responsible for the kind of loss or damage that is typically expected in such contracts not exceeding the amount spent with the provider
8.5 The limitations mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 also protect the provider’s legal representatives and agents. This means if someone tries to make a claim directly against these representatives or agents, the same restrictions apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, and other materials produced by the provider and shared on the study portal are copyrighted, unless they are specifically marked as creative commons. Using these materials outside of the portal is not allowed without the provider’s prior permission.

16. Force Majeure
16.1 Non-liability for Unforeseen Events:
- IIBMF and Alenya Empire LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service provider failures or delays.
17. Limitations in Case of System Failure or Security Breach
17.1 No Liability for Data Loss:
- In the event of a system failure, cyber-attack, or any other circumstance leading to the loss or compromise of user data, course materials, or certificates, IIBMF and Alenya Empire LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from such incidents.
17.2 Recovery of Access and Course Completion:
- Upon resolution of the issue and restoration of the IIBMF website, users who have not completed their courses or have not downloaded their certificates prior to the incident will have the opportunity to contact IIBMF to request free access to the affected courses. Users may retake the courses and exams, and reissue their certificates at no additional charge.
17.3 User Notification:
- IIBMF will endeavor to notify affected users promptly in the event of a significant system failure or data breach and will provide instructions on how to proceed with course re-enrollment and certificate reissuance. In case the user doesnt receive any communication within 60 days. The user can contact IIBMF regarding issue on info@iibmf.com
17.4 Preventive Measures:
- IIBMF and Alenya Empire LLC commit to maintaining reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, in the case of unforeseen security breaches or technical failures, the liability of IIBMF and Alenya Empire LLC is strictly limited as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
18. Policy for Permanent Closure of the Institute
18.1 Refund Eligibility in Case of Closure:
- In the event that IIBMF permanently ceases operations, users who have purchased any course within 3 months prior to the institute’s closure will be eligible for a refund.
18.2 Refund Claim Period:
- Eligible users must submit their refund claims within 60 days following the official announcement of IIBMF’s permanent closure. Refund requests must be sent to the official email address provided by IIBMF. In case any such information is not received within 30 days users can send the claim on info@iibmf.com
18.3 Exclusion of Late Claims:
- Refund claims received after the 60-day period will not be entertained or accepted under any circumstances.
18.4 Notification of Closure:
- IIBMF will notify users of its impending closure through official channels, including email communication and announcements on the website, providing details on the refund process and the timeframe for submission of claims.
18.5 Limitation of Refund Amount:
- The refund will be limited to the amount paid for the course(s) and will not cover any additional costs, damages, or claims related to the closure of the institute.
